Sorry Steve,

See Vince's post on the Judge's timeline.... court finished by middle of September. I would assume some Federal Registry posting(?) for 30 days, then pull the stakes (Oct 15th?). I'm duning to the wall at 12:01am... how about you?

Actually she rules Sept 30th, The BLM will have to annualize the ruling, finalize the RAMP, then register it. Is it 30 or 60 days after posting that it goes into effect??? I would say December 1 or can you say Merry Christmas or a Happy New Year........... if everything goes perfectly, remember this is a San Francisco based Federal Judge, SCARRY.....
