Further her business is really not the concern for the aSa. Land use and getting more land is. Camping opportunities east of the tracks are being lost because of the wash 10 underpass to Boardmanville. GO MAN GO! I did find some info regarding recreational easements and liability. It seems that the property owner is not liable for crossing said property for recreational purposes.

Boardmanville was open this weekend, and has been since around Labor Day, hoping people come. No customers though. She won't make it another season if her access issues are not resolved soon.

Really sad!

I was approched last year from a bidder to clear brush for the rail spur. The company did not get the bid but it was to be complete by last Christmas. I went looking for it over this last holiday but didn't find it. Seems very strange. It should be very easy to find. They better be quiet over there.

They need to keep feeding the monster they've created. That's why Boardmanville is in jepordy. Things people have been doing for decades are no more. Between the new RR fence and the canal, all they need is a fence on 78 and Glamis as we know/knew her is gone.

My dad was a milkman in thoughs days. We had snowball fights all year long. I get a little freaked out following trailers dumping water while leaving Glamis. Thanks for the links. Some expensive stuff.

I bought a Honda high pressure pump today and came to the conclusion that I'll need different pumps for different things I want to do.

The tank is stationary but having a water truck also would be the ultimate.

Not likely. I think the RR is changing out the trestle to a twin pipe culvert for the second set of track to be installed at a later date. But I've been known to be wrong before.

We used to camp in the same area and the other day, I found a pool table where we used to camp. Not that many people use that area and I was trying to be sly about it. How are you supposed to camp east of the tracks when the BLM is writing tickets for driving an OHV on Ted Kipf Rd? And the only place to cross the tracks is at the highway?

If the vedor area is on GBS property, could a street legal vehicle drive from the highway through the GBS parking area to the vendors without a pass? I believe you would be on private property the entire time.

The railroad has been working along wash road and the tressle at 10 is jacked up to some degree. It will probably be openned up better for Holloween. The sandy desert floor at wash 10 is fluffed from the south winds all summer but will be packed down somewhat, soon. 10 has gotten a lot more popular ...

I guess I'm lucky. I have four motors with dual 44 IDF's. My neighbor is my engine builder and he adjusts the carbs by ear. They all work great.

Milpitas wash has Coon's Hollow campground, Wiley Wells campground, Houser goede beds and the Bradshaw Trail goes through there.

Have never been to these places but have wanted to for years. I guess I better dust off the Jeep and get going.
