I see ya never answered about the 13 vehicles.....LOL Seriously, I guess I would only say take a look at the kind of things that are being done with the money. Is it designer clothes being bought? Or the basics plus a few "nicer" things. Are you eating steak and lobster three times a week or a mix o...

BTW-we are now a family of 4 in 3100 sq ft, before the move we were 5 in 1400. My parents lived for years in a one bedroom apt in Chicago with 3 kids and were thrilled to have their first house (less than 1000 sq feet) which they ended up having EIGHT children in  For most of my childhood we ...

Crash- You are in California, right? I don't think there is anything that you get "cheaper" there than living somewhere else. I know last year when we went to buy new quads for the boys I posted on the boards as to what would be a "good" price for them. Almost all answers I recv'd were from CA and w...

Hmmm...not sure-4 miles?? Far enough that I can't see it from the deck :) Are you guys traveling by yourselves or caravaning up? You are always welcome to stop by. We'd also like to get a chance to see your trailer while you are up this way (if you haven't sold it yet). Looking to get rid of the sta...

UT, Springville I-15 Exit 261 3.189 No idea about the shrinking thing Steve, but if you stop at this exit and look to the east you'll see our new place on the side of the mountain there :) Looks now like we may not make it up there for our planned June/July trip-anyone looking for a reservation at D...

One of the bad that comes with the good-to us the benefits definitely outweigh the drawbacks. Had to replace the front springs in the Suburban and warranty out the shocks on it this last week-only place to warranty the shocks was in SLC, a little over 100 mile round trip. Closest place that even car...

Rich- If you get a chance, you may want to go here: http://home.earthlink.net/~richditch4/chocfalls2.htm Known to many as "Chocolate Falls" because of its muddy color, this massive waterfall is higher than Niagara Falls, with a vertical relief of 185 feet. The best time to see the falls is after sno...

Been doing the same here in UT for RC Willey-though I am also going to be using a custom upholsterer for some more "unique" things. RC Willey has to just be loving the amt. of business they are getting from all us "emigrees" ;) So Roger-what is Northwest Connections? Is this going o be your next bus...

One of the nice things about my house in AZ was the solar hot water system. Mine had (and I believe it is the norm) an 80 gallon tank. Even for most of the winter I could run it off the solar panels. If it was a seriously cloudy day it was easy enough to kick on the backup heater by flipping a switc...

Also, Crow has reported they will replace ALL sewn in shoulder harnesses that are less than 2 years old, no matter which manufacturer built your car or even if you built the car yourself. The process involves cutting the shoulder harnesses from your belt and sending them to them-they will return new...

Guy-this question has come up before on Glamis Dunes.com. You might want to do a search there and see what kind of info you come up with. Here is one for Team Tech Motorsports: http://www.teamtechmotorsports.com/services.html And just to amend my last post, I did just find on Simpson's website a recommendation to replace the belts/harnesses after 2 years and saw nothing about re-webbing them. Not saying that they don't do it, but if y...

I actually have never seen one of the belt companies suggest replacement every 2 years but that they be re-webbed every 2 years. I know DJ Safety does the re-webbing for $55 apiece. They are actually offering to do it right now for ANY manufacturer's belts for even less. Just wanted to point this ou...

1983 Winnebago-23 foot, P30 chassis w/454 motor VERY well taken care of!
