I do not know if this is your first rail or not but it sounds like it is... I personally agree with starting out with limited HP, wheel travel, etc for the simple reason that with limits you have to think before you do something and you learn what is possible and what is not. In addition to all the previous info, before you begin you will have to figure out if you will need to add bungs for a coolant temp sensor for the coolant temp gauge,a cooling fan switch and maybe even a drain fitting. Yes you can just pop the lower hose, but that usually makes a mess.

Any decent motorcycle shop should have a pressure tester for 2 strokes. If you are going to rebuild before it b4 Labor Day I wouldnt worry about it, just get her rebuilt and all of that will be taken care of.
