So this is just for sales.. no marketing... and who is doing the enforcement end of it from now on? Currently, the ICSO gets 30% (~$1 million a year) ...the cooperative agreement with them entails sales, marketing, and enforcement. What is the % or $ amount for this contract that is solely for sales?
