Correctomundo Crash. They did not buy what they originally wanted, but it fit so it was purchased. I will talk to them tonight to get further "FYI" details. Maybe I can hitch a ride to the warehouse to see what they have to offer.

Initial buy in was $5K. I guess its a standard fee. Dont know much else. The products they have bought are all new, in box and delivered. If youre a "flipper" its money well spent.

Its only 3+ hours from phoenix to No. dunes and 3+hours from SE Valley to So. dunes. NO TRAFFIC! I love I8. Wide lanes and only one incline. Plenty of open areas to get romantic-if youre alone. :wink:

Thats what we did. Sold home in socal and fattened wallet by $250Gs and moved to AZ. Put 70% cash on home. And even found a job that paid more than CA-was not expecting that, I could have bought a bigger house here or some land. :evil:

Driving home from Glamis Sunday early afternoon, it was 40ish degrees from Tacna to Chandler, the skies were black and it was only a matter of time. No snow in Chandler, but 15 miles away in Mesa there sure was. Always cool to see snow on cacti and palm fronds.
