Sorry to hear about the injury. I'll be praying for a full recovery, although there will probably be a tough time ahead in the recovery process.

We usually drink the bottled water, but occationally I will use the tank water for drinking. We have never had any problem with the stored water. Also, at least once a year, I will flush out the tank and refill the tank completely. I will add chlorine bleach to the tank during the refilling process....

It is always tough to hear about another tragic loss. My condolences and prayers go to each of the families. I can not imagine the agony of losing a loved one like this. The rail/quad crash is the type of accident most of us think about as we approach the top of a dune - especially on a busy weekend...

I do not know about this, but I have heard of a rail or two being impounded for this reason last season.

I suspect that there are many people do not have their rails registered and stickered - I know of one or two.

Random thoughts here: Any chance that the BLM & FWS would file this appeal because they think that the judges ruling is not restrictive enough? You know, give the good judge via the Ninth Circuit a chance to revisit the ruling? After all, wouldn't the BLM & FWS job be easier if the ISDRA were closed...
