I heard it said more than once that no good deed goes unpunished, user fees may fit in this category as the Commissioners all well meaning try to save money. If they have to chose cutting funds between to areas, they will most likely cut the area with user fees first, justification being their tryin...

CBD intends to keep control of the OHV trust fund

Go to this link, if you want to get an idea what's at stake with the OHMVR Commission, many of us who want the fund to be used properly want control taken away from organizations like CBD, as you can clearly see they intend to keep it. http://actionnetwork.org/campaign/OHMRV/step1 Even worse Commiss...

The split works for me the point I was getting to is that OHV support groups have much to deal with and very few resources. Also it appears Red dog missed the point about AB2690, the labor board is trying to use LC1720.5 to block Public funds for anyone using any Volunteers to preform Any kind of wo...

Interesting thought about the red sticker law, however as of now at least as far as BLM Rangers and 43cfr it is a moot point( if you can find a BLM Ranger to write the ticked). Funny thing is with the BLM 43CFR it don't make any difference if it's a state law regulation , standard or what ever. Unde...
