My neighbor has what use to be a 75 street legal Jeep. He wants to put a 350 in it and makes some sand mods then green sticker it. Its non oped right now and he won't be driving it on the street. Does CARB come into play on any of this?
HIS friend is doing the same with an 86. CARB issue there?
I should know this but I've been out of the loop and just plain loopy for a while. Thanks for ANY info.
