Sand Sports Super Show volunteers needed, Friday Sept. 15th

Volunteers are needed once again for the 2006 Sand Sports Super Show (SSSS). 8)

Friday night show hours are: 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm
The ASA will need the following volunteers per 2 hour shifts.

We have 4 areas in which we need volunteers.
1. Membership - With clipboards in hand, sign up new members and Inform them about the ASA. (8 needed)

2. Merchandise & 2007 Calendars - With our own product line, help raise the needed funds for the ASA. (8 needed)

3. Checkered Flags - Sell or consign flags to get the word out. (2 needed)

4. Giveaway Tickets - Work in a sit down job where the people come to you to sign up and receive their tickets. (3 needed)

Shift times:
A. 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm
B. 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
C. 8:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Please include your name, address, area of choice (1-4) and shift time (A,B,C)
I will add your name to the shift and area you choose below. You will receive in an email your detailed instructions on your area of choice. If you don't list an area, we will place you where most needed.

This is very easy and fun. The 2 hours will fly by and kids are welcome to volunteer also.

Come on everyone...don't wait until the last minute and swamp Katherine with trying to get all the name tags processed!! :cry:

It really isn't that hard, the time flies, we won't work you until you drop (unless you want us too), you will meet a lot of nice people, maybe even see people you have not seen in many years!!

What a great show!!!!! :lol: It was alot of work. But, I had a great time. It was so much fun!! \:D/ It was so nice to see so many new voulunteers this year as well as those who return year after year. Thank you to everyone for all your hard work and dedication to keeping the dunes open.
