Extreme Expo Volunteers Needed May 18-20

Itâ€™s that time again! Mark your calendars for May 18-20 for the Extreme Motorsports Expo at the Orange County Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa. The ASA will once again have a booth at the show, where we will have this yearâ€™s DeJong Monster Manx giveaway car on display. As a member, we are asking you to volunteer whatever time you have available to assist with the setup, manning and tear down of our booth. Come for an hour, come for the day, or come for the whole weekend!

I'll be starting setup on Friday at noon. I'll make sure all volunteers have my cell number in order to get a hold of me at the fairgrounds.

After another long weekend at the show, we did well despite a reduction in traffic from last year. We signed up 188 new members, sold 126 raffle tickets, and sold out of the most popular sizes of shirts that we were blowing out at the show.

Sorry we didn't make it. I had to stay the weekend in Dallas for work and Raewyn got called into work.
