2002 Midtravel Sandrail

Playtech mid-travel, Chromoly frame, 2.4L Scat vw Type 1 (8.5:1 compression), Dry Sump, (aprx 240hp), 1.5 season on motor, new tranny from transworks, 4 wheel disc brakes, 4 pia lights, removable Grant steering wheel, vinal top, fox rear coilovers, bilstein front coilovers, front razors, New 14.5 dune sports, New battery. oil pressure, voilt, oil temp, Large tach with shift light.
Saco heavy duty rack.
12' front, 14' rear travel

This buggy handles very well and is very fast.

Motor - 2400cc Scat engine w/ Dry sump oil system. The guy I bought this motor from was a VW fanatic and spent over 1000 hours building and testing this motor. He had over $11000 in reciepts for it. I have all paperwork for the motor.
Motor was freshened up this last summer by Major Performance.

Tranny - 002 bus with 3 trips since completely gutted from transworks with all aftermarket gears ($1800)

Can I ask why you are selling this?

I need a little more suspention...5" isn't enough,is this mid travel a lot better than a standard swing axle

what is the wheel base? also the over all width?

Looks like you would need a bigger trailer Curt. :P

Looks like the beam is part of the frame,NOT removeable. That's a first for me.

My trailer is 24' long and 8 1/2' wide...it will work
