Short term (few days) trailer storage available?

Post by WoodIsGood » Sun Feb 10, 2008 11:45 pm

Have any of you ever stored your trailer near SA for a few days/weeks while you went off to tour the neighboring sights? If so, where did you store it?

If I were to drive all the way to SA it would be nice to be able to leave for a few days (or maybe even a week or two) to go sightseeing without the trailer in tow behind the motorhome.

Woodster, I remember this converstations taking place a year or two back. If I remember correctly, there were some options based on posts made by other members. Trying doing a search or going back in the SA threads...also try Glamis Dunes.com as an alternate source of info on this. Good luck

I read a bunch of old threads but didn't see anything - might have missed it or not gone back far enough. I'll check again and check Glamis Dunes.com.

I'm in Rigby, and I sit on an acre and a half. Rigby is about 20 minutes from St. Anthonys...You are more than welcome to leave it here. You can lock it up, and I'll keep a close eye on it. And for ASA members, there would be NO charge... :D ...Lemme know....

David...

That's a mighty fine offer you make, boofooguy. I'll be sending a PM.

Way cool  Sounds close enough to the dunes that we could actually camp at your house

Contrary to what most think of Idaho, I'm in a community with CC&Rs, and I doubt my neighbors would be too fond of me opening a campground. :? I can park a few trailers, and you are welcome to get water, use the welder, torch, or compressor for your needs. However, over night camping would be out of the question...
