05" Sand Sport Super Show - Who is going?

Post by dunefever »

It is only next month. It will be here before we know it.

Once again I am looking forward to the show and helping the ASA by organizing the volunteers needed for the ASA booth. I just finished with the online version of my spreadsheets where you can sign up to help in four different areas.

http://www:americansandassociation.org/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=19

If you are one of the 45,000+ attending this years show, if you could give an hour or two that would be really helpful. I'm told that you will receive ASA Bucks for your time and be feed if working 2 hours or more.

The show will be;
Friday September 16
Saturday September 17
Sunday September 18

Thanks everyone,
Katherine

I'll be there all weekend cooking food and providing cold drinks for our hardworking volunteers. :D

I'll be set up in the same place as last year.

By the way, I'm looking for a large refridgerator for the ASA hospitality area. If anyone has an extra working, reasonably clean, large refridgerator they would like to give the the ASA, let me know. I prefer the standard style, but I'll take a side by side style.

The fridge is to store cold food for the weekend at the show, like condiments, potatoe salad, eggs, etc. I already have a chest freezer for the frozen food.

If you live in the Pheonix area, I can pick it up prior to the show. If you live in the LA area, I would need someone to deliver it to the show for me.

If you would like to donate the fridge, contact me ASAP at:

azsandrider@cox.net

Thanks
(The above statement is my own opinion and not that of the ASA's.)

The more stars you have the more posts you've made. You have only made 20 posts and haven't gotten a star yet. I've made a lot and have several.

Friday is Darrin's birthday!!!! COOL!!! What are you now, 24 or 25????  You'll feel 50 when we get done with the show!!!
