My father and brother have both had their fingers sewn back on after contact with saw blades =D> =D> =D> And I have had a few close calls
It looks to me like his invention is limited to tables saws, personally I have almost been had by a radial arm saw

I'd like to know who they got to test these things out on

Amazing technology. But the guy who invented it (a patent lawyer) has gone about bringing it to market all wrong. After he failed at getting saw manufacturers to pay his over the top licensing fees he started trying to get laws passed requiring all saw manufacturers to use his system which greatly increases the cost and when it's triggered resetting it costs more than many of the saws currently on the market.
I'm all for developing better safety equipment. But trying to strong arm everyone into buying it from a single source turns me off in a BIG way. If it's that much better it should be able to stand on it's own and be successful. But thanks to the inventors over the top greed he's doing more harm than good.

Great technology. Being kept from common use thanks to the overwhelming greed of the lawyer who had the idea and is more interested than his bottom line than actual safety.
