BAJA 5B

Post by vdubduner » Sat Oct 29, 2005 8:21 pm

http://www.hpiracing.com/index2.htm

HPI Racing - Cars - Baja 5B RTR HPI's new giant Baja 5B buggy will take RC Cars to a new dimension!

The Baja 5B is a 1/5th scale off-road buggy that is nearly 32" in length! Its design is revolutionary for large scale RC Cars following the style of classic Baja buggies with long suspension arms for great ground clearance and large suspension travel. The big size allows the Baja 5B to go where smaller buggies can't and makes the Baja 5B's driving experience as close as you can get to the real thing.

The Baja 5B is big, but coming as a "Ready To Run" car, and powered by standard gasoline it can't be easier to get ready for action. Everything is included in the kit - a preassembled Baja 5B chassis with high quality FM radio gear and a preinstalled massive 23cc gasoline engine providing plenty of power. All you need to do is fill up with standard gasoline and some oil, and off you go!

The innovative design of the Baja 5B has been developed and tested by HPI's designers over the last 18 months.

^^^^^That's one of the best parts of having kids! You also get to go see the cool cartoon movies IN THE THEATER, and not have to wait for it to get released on video. 8)

Check these out. Supposedly for the Baja 5B, but I don't think that picture is a 5B.

I love that truck body. That's one of the only reasons I have not got one of those. I think the buggy looks kinda lame. Where did you get that truck body?

I am now making the truck bodies out of Carbon Fiber and soon to be clear Lexan. Another week to get full production samples. http://www.TeamGoNads.com will have them next weekend. Look under the manufacturer RAMTech-RC.

The 2nd Annual Dunetoberfest at Buttercup in Glamis, CA. Date is set for October 24,25,26, 2008. See here for more details. http://www.hpibajaforum.com/forum/forum ... .php?f=104

There is a show in Pamona next weekend called RCX, they will be showing a scale looking sand car, made by one of the full-size mfg on here. I'll post pics when I get good ones.

Your gonads link doesn't work.....until one puts .com at the end, but I didn't see any bodies like you got there. Are you saying they will be on there in the future?
