GPS coordinates in Gordons Well
Anybody have any interesting coordinates or any important spots we may want to visit while in Gordons. I usually camp at Glamis or Superstition. This is only the second trip to Gordons, any help with coordinates in the south dunes would be great. Also, anyone have any coordinates or tips on finding a good fishing hole in that there canal?

Re: GPS coordinates in Gordons Well
The only real highlights of Gordons is about 3 sets, Test Hill along the canal -follow the All American Canal to the hill, Patton Valley - follow sand hwy north make a right after the last open set, there used to be a sign at sand hwy. Of course there is the infamous sand drags starting about 3. Duners Diner for eats and cocktails. That is about it. You really dont need GPS you will probably find all this on your own. Have fun and b safe

Re: GPS coordinates in Gordons Well
I printed the link Sandcock provided and put them in my GPS a couple years ago. At that time I searched all over for others and was able to find the coordinates for the goldfish. Since then i lost the master list and im sure the site i found it on xxxxed out the coordinates long ago. It would be nice to see the watering hole, but i wouldnt want to disturb the wildlife or cross the boundaries. I dont want to contribute to the possible, slow paced closing of the dunes.
