No Need to Panic About Global Warming

Post by Vincent J Brunasso » Sun Jan 29, 2012 12:17 pm

There's no compelling scientific argument for drastic action to 'decarbonize' the world's economy.

If.... global warming does occur, there will likely be more sand dunes in that version of the future.

"Global Warming May Unleash Sand Seas" http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news ... nes_2.html

"African Sand Dunes Are Hot To Trot" http://news.sciencemag.org/sciencenow/2 ... 30-02.html

"Sand Dunes On The Loose Due To Climate Change" http://gallery.usgs.gov/audios/268

So... if the world dries up, I suggest that the influence of the ASA will likely grow. As a practical consideration, cross country ground transportation that we now consider recreation may become the norm. When the history books are written in that one version of a possible future, we the sand dune riders in this era will likely be refered to as pioneers.
