We have winners =D> =D> and the exact location of the plants would have to be provided by Robert as he is the one who has it in his GPS. There are several plants at this location with about 30 new shoots close by

I think the proper reply is Thats Goofyduners wife Pauline =D> . And yes that is Alyshka's Samurai, or should I say it's Lidia's Samurai  . Dennis' wife (aka Dione's mom and my mother in law :D ) even came out for a while on Sunday. Hopefully she will come out for a whole trip next season [-o< .

We are trying to get Pauline to come out for the ASA trip.......how is that coming Justin?

I have it in my GPS and will try to post the coordinates this weekend unless Alyshka has his GPS with him, mine is in the trailer which I will access this weekend. Or better yet, we will take you there on the ASA trip if you are able to make it out there

Thanks for posting these pics Dennis!
Kind of bummed that I missed this trip, but I was able to get a solar-panel installed and all the prep work completed for an inverter on the trailer instead. So, I'm happy. 8)

I thought Robert's Samuari was a myth! To be honest, I wasn't expecting it to look so nice! It's less 'stock' looking than I thought it would be. =D> How does it dune?

By process of elimination, I knew that must have been Justin's wife. I had never known of her name thought... or even met her. I guess she too was starting to become a myth!

You guys were just a bunch of MythBusters last weekend, eh? :D

Jerry, this bowl of PMV is amazing! Robert and I found it on the East side of the dunes on Fen06. I want to say is was near China Wall, but I'm not certain. 10 or 15 large 2nd or 3rd year plants with many new ones around.

Ha Ha Ha Ha our evil plan has worked. JK, glad we made Pauline feel at home, she is always welcome in our camp. So far your batting 100% on who you bring out to camp with us, lets see what the your average is after the ASA trip

Dennis - I just want to thank you again the great Presidents' Day weekend. As a dune rookie you and your family showed me ropes so to speak in both the Ranger and on a quad.

Thanks again and hope we can do it again,

Glenn

When I went back at pres weekend there were 100s of new sprouts. Amazing that a week before all had flowers but few pods then all had a boat load of pods. GPS is in trailer and trailer is in G.

Thanks for the information. Very healthy looking plants. I figured there would be new sprouts with all the rain. Most likely they won't live long enough to produce seed for the seed bank. The rain is too late in the season and the new plants won't last when it gets hot.

Yes human interaction by the night riders still once a month could be a challenge for plant survival

Off season night ride PMV watering solution

All we need is the Ranger, tank and pump system. Maybe we can get one of these donated to the ASA [-o<
