ASA Open BOD meeting in San Diego July 14
The ASA will host an Open Board of Directors Meeting in San Diego July 14th at 9:00 am. The program will include a brief presentation celebrating the 7th anniversary of the ASA and it's efforts to remove the temporary dune closures. We have commitments from the BLM, UDG, California OHMVR Division, and our attorney to provide a brief outline of their recent activities and answer questions from our members. We are working to secure additional speakers for this meeting as well.
This meeting will be held at the Bay Club Hotel, 2131 Shelter Island Drive, San Diego (http://www.bayclubhotel.com/ ). Final details will be available on the ASA website as the event draws closer.
Of special interest to those who enjoy the south dunes....the All American Canal project has begun. We will have a representative from the Irrigation District to give an update on this project and take questions.
