| CHAPTER MEETINGS |

On 6/24 Marcus & Mike Martinez lead a chapter formation meeting in Mesa, AZ. The chapter name will be SANDSLINGERS. There were about 40 in attendance. Several items were donated by local businesses. Over $500 was contributed to ASA in addition to 4 FUNCO opportunity tickets. This meeting will result in the formation of two additional chapters. | On 6/28 the Long Beach
Chapter meeting held by Jim (Sanduners) and Ron Scott (Weekend Concepts)
helped informed many more duners. About 65 in attendance with 5 new
Chapters formed. 2 new ASA Area Representatives, Bill in Huntington Beach and Kelly in Culver City 7 pages of the Pismo Petition signed for the Friends of Oceano Dunes! 7 Funco tickets sold. And many more ASA shirts and sticker to see around town. Many items were donated by local businesses. A 50/50 raffle for these items made many a happy ASA member. :) Not to mention the $1500.00 raised for the FIGHT!!! Volunteer today, look for your Area Representative. ASA Membership Org. |
