What's New in the ASA
July, 2007

Open Board of Directors Meeting in San Diego on July 14th.

The ASA will host an Open Board of Directors Meeting in San Diego on July 14th at 9:00 am.

The program will include a brief presentation celebrating the 7th anniversary of the ASA and its efforts to remove the temporary dune closures. We also have a very full schedule of guest speakers (see the detailed agenda below).

Following a brief presentation, there will be a short Q&A session with each speaker.Following the meeting, there will be an informal barbeque at the park across the street from the hotel. It is recommended you bring your own lawn chairs.The meeting will be held at the Bay Club Hotel, 2131 Shelter Island Drive, San Diego (http://www.bayclubhotel.com).

As anyone who has attended in the past will tell you, these meetings are very informative. Please mark your calendar and plan to attend this event. We hope to see you there!

The show is held at the Orange County Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa, CA September 14-16th. 10% of the permit proceeds go directly to the ASA. Purchase your permit and help the ASA at the same time!
